Miscellaneous Editing services

  • Research evaluation: comprehensive analysis of the quality and validity of your research, including source checking, fact checking, and, in some cases, the validity of your specific use of the source.
  • Source checking: due diligence on the currentness, relevance, and appropriateness of your sources.
  • Fact checking:  verify the correct dates and other objective facts stated in the document; check spellings of proper names.
  • Summaries and Abstracts: checking introductions, summaries and other abstracts of content to ensure they accurately reflect the source material.
  • Citation format conformance/style application: If needed, I will apply a formal style or citation format that you specify or that we agree upon, such as Chicago, AP, Bluebook (for legal writing), or your “house-style”.
